What would happen, if you called a retail store home office, and complain about a manager?
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009What would happen, if this happened?
A job applicant applied for a job, at a retail store. The retail store was hiring at the time, and the job applicant did qualify for the job he applied for. The manager looked over the application, and didn’t want to interview the particular applicant. A few days later, the applicant calls the manager of the store he applied at. The job applicant asked the manager about his applicantion, and about getting an interview. Next the manager said offensive things to the applicant, over the phone. The manager went off on how he (the applicant), doesn’t have what it takes to be a successful employee, and starts calling the applicant, all kinds of names.
What would happen, if the applicant hung up and called the home office of the store? After the applicant told a represenitive what had happen with the manager of the store, would that manager get in trouble? Would the manager face some type of consequence, for being rude?
What would the consequences be, if there would be any given to the manager?
