		<description>Organic proteins, nuts, and lean meats. And cheese. Just overall eat more. Here's some examples:
      --Whole wheat bread (you can put meat, pizza sauce and mozzarella and cook in the toaster)
      -- White meat organic turkey (Thanksgiving is coming up!)
      --Trail mix (eat this during the day, it adds more bulky calories to your day)
      --Don't drink soda (its full of air and makes your bone's weak) (try milk)
      --Drink milk and orange juice and keep hydrated
      --Vegetables (Carrots and lettuce) (eat salad)
Just keep some things in your pockets for later. :) Good luck!</description>
